REGISTRATION AND TICKET PURCHASE GUIDE

Follow these steps to secure your spot at the event:

Step 1: Register

Click here to register. Ensure all details are entered correctly.

Step 2: Confirmation and Payment

After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and a unique code. A QR code for payment will also be provided.

Payment can be made via Maya or GCash.

Please complete your payment within 24 hours of receiving your unique code. If payment is not received, your slot may be reassigned.

Step 3: Payment Verification

Upon completing your payment, reply to the confirmation email with a screenshot or photo showing the payment amount and reference number.

Our registration team will verify the payment details.

Step 4: Welcome Email

Once your payment is verified, you will receive an official welcome email confirming your participation in the event.

Step 5: Event Day

Bring a valid ID and the screenshot of your unique code to Sorsogon Cultural Center for the Arts on June 16.

Gates open at 8:00 AM. Please arrive on time as the event will start promptly at 8:50 AM. Latecomers will not be admitted once the event has begun.

Step 6: Event Merchandise and Meals

Upon arrival on June 16, you will receive official merchandise and a meal stub.

What should I bring to the event?

- A valid ID and the screenshot of your unique code for entry verification.

- Your enthusiasm and readiness to engage with ideas!

What should I NOT bring to the event?

- Large bags or backpacks.

- Weapons or sharp objects.

- Audio or video recording devices are strictly prohibited during the talks.

Is food and water allowed inside the venue?

- No, food and water are strictly prohibited inside the Sorsogon Cultural Center for the Arts. We will have food and water stations located outside the venue. Attendees can access these anytime and during the designated break times.

What are the designated break times?

- There will be two short break times in the morning and two in the afternoon, in addition to a lunch break. These breaks are designed to allow you to refresh and network without missing any of the event’s content.

What behaviors are not allowed at the event?

- Disruptive behavior, including talking loudly during the talks or interrupting speakers.

- Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials.

- Please silence your mobile phones to avoid disturbing other attendees.

What happens if I arrive late?

- Entry will not be permitted once the talks have started to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all attendees.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend after registering?

- Due to the limited number of slots and the nature of the event, refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying our registration team at least 48 hours before the event.
